Key Responsibilities
- →Coordinate the complete interview lifecycle, including scheduling, kick-offs, debriefs, and meet-and-greets across global time zones.
- →Manage Greenhouse with ownership, handling job approvals, postings, updates, templates, automation, reporting, and workflow hygiene.
- →Prepare offer letters, run approval flows, guide candidates through post-offer steps, and ensure all pre-start logistics are aligned.
- →Support operational flow by facilitating onsite meetings and events.
Requirements
- ✓Exceptionally organized with a knack for creating structure and reducing friction in processes.
- ✓A Greenhouse power user with deep understanding of custom workflows, templates, automation rules, bulk actions, reporting, and best practices.
- ✓AI-native and proactive in using tools, prompts, and insights to streamline coordination and remove manual steps.
- ✓A clear communicator who builds trust with candidates, hiring managers, and cross-functional teams.
