About the role
Weβre hiring a high-agency Technical Talent Acquisition Partner to power hiring across engineering, product, and design teams globally. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role in a lean team. You will lead technical hiring end-to-end and flex into non-technical searches when the business requires it.
This role represents the opportunity to operate as a true talent partner. You will influence hiring strategy, challenge assumptions, calibrate bar and help shape teams at critical inflection points. Your work will directly impact product velocity, engineering quality and business outcomes.
We believe in skills-first hiring. Our Talent Acquisition team should model it - curious about what candidates have built and how they think, not just what's on a resume.
What youβll do
β’ Build strong, diverse pipelines through proactive sourcing across developer communities, open-source networks, hackathons, referrals, and and beyond. Go where the talent actually is.
β’ Own full-cycle recruiting for engineering, machine learning, data, platform, product management, and design roles with a focus on quality, speed and inclusion.
β’ Partner deeply with hiring managers to define success profiles, calibrate talent, and assess what truly predicts performance, not just resume pedigree.
β’ Own your metrics: pipeline health, conversion rates, time-to-offer, offer acceptance, and quality of hire. Use data to improve outcomes and communicate impact.
β’ Build relationships with individuals we would create roles for.Proactively identify and engage exceptional talent, even ahead of open roles.
β’ Flex into non-technical hiring (GTM, operations, customer success and business functions) as needed.
Who you are
β’ Bring 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with strong technical hiring depth in high-growth environments.
β’ Comfortable partnering with engineering leaders and holding credible conversations about tech stacks, architecture and leveling.
β’ Effective in fast-moving, high-impact environments where each hire matters.
β’ Practical and hands-on in leveraging AI to improve sourcing, research, screening, and workflow efficiency.
Even better if you have
β’ Experience hiring for AI/ML, GenAI, or LLM-adjacent engineering roles.
β’ Strong networks in Bangalore and/or the Bay Area, with exposure to global hiring.
β’ Experience hiring for Sales and Support roles.
β’ A genuine interest in the future of AI and developer tooling.
