CMM Programmer at Hadrian Automation

About the Role

We are looking for a CMM Programmer to join Hadrian, a company building autonomous factories for aerospace and defense manufacturing. You will play a critical role in advancing automated inspection capabilities by programming and optimizing PC-DMIS routines for complex aerospace parts.

Key Responsibilities

• →Create and optimize PC-DMIS programs for New Product Integration (NPI) work orders
• →Interpret and apply GD&T requirements from engineering drawings
• →Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive inspection excellence
• →Design fixtures to support automated inspection
• →Troubleshoot PC-DMIS programs and improve internal specifications
• →Support prove-outs of complex geometries with custom probes and setups
• →Partner with software teams to implement process improvements
