About the Role
We are looking for a Business Recruiter to join Hadrian, a company building autonomous factories for aerospace and defense manufacturing. This role will play a critical part in scaling teams across Go-To-Market and General & Administrative functions.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own full-cycle recruiting for business roles across GTM and G&A functions
- →Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring strategy
- →Build and execute sourcing strategies to attract diverse business talent
- →Deliver exceptional candidate experience aligned with Hadrian’s values
- →Run efficient interview processes balancing speed and quality
- →Use data to track performance and improve hiring outcomes
- →Contribute to Talent initiatives including employer branding
- →Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders
Requirements
- ✓5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience for GTM and/or G&A roles
- ✓Comfortable recruiting across various business functions and seniority levels
- ✓Strong communicator who builds trust with candidates and stakeholders
- ✓Highly organized and data-informed in managing priorities
- ✓Experience in fast-growing environments
- ✓Care about candidate experience and team building
- ✓Bonus: Experience in technical, manufacturing, or hardware-software environments
- ✓Bonus: Startup or high-growth company experience
