About the Role
We are looking for a Technical Recruiter to join Hadrian, a company building autonomous factories for aerospace and defense manufacturing. This role will play a critical part in scaling Hadrian’s engineering and technical teams, focusing on software engineers and other technical talent.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own full-cycle recruiting for software engineering and technical roles
- →Partner closely with engineering leaders to define role requirements and hiring priorities
- →Build and execute creative sourcing strategies to attract high-quality technical talent
- →Deliver an outstanding candidate experience that reflects Hadrian’s culture
- →Run efficient interview processes that balance speed with quality
- →Use recruiting data to identify bottlenecks and improve outcomes
- →Contribute to Talent initiatives including employer branding and process improvements
- →Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers throughout the hiring process
Requirements
- ✓5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with focus on technical roles
- ✓Comfortable hiring for complex technical positions and partnering with engineers
- ✓Strong communicator who builds trust with candidates and stakeholders
- ✓Data-driven, process-oriented approach to recruiting
- ✓Experience in fast-moving, high-growth environments
- ✓Passionate about candidate experience and building strong teams
- ✓Bonus: Experience in technical, manufacturing, or hardware-software environments
