About the Role
Hadrian is seeking a High-Volume Recruiter to scale their frontline and operational workforce. This role will focus on hiring for high-volume, hourly, and non-exempt roles across manufacturing and operations to support their growing facilities.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own full-cycle recruiting for high-volume, hourly, and non-exempt roles across operations and manufacturing
- →Partner with Operations and site leaders to understand workforce needs, hiring targets, and timelines
- →Build and manage high-throughput candidate pipelines using inbound, outbound, and local sourcing strategies
- →Drive efficient, repeatable hiring processes that balance speed, quality, and compliance
- →Deliver a positive candidate experience for high-volume applicants
- →Track and manage hiring metrics including time-to-fill, funnel conversion, and hiring capacity
- →Coordinate interviews, hiring events, and onboarding handoffs at scale
- →Continuously improve recruiting workflows, tools, and processes
Requirements
- ✓3+ years of recruiting experience, ideally in high-volume, hourly, or operational hiring
- ✓Comfortable managing large candidate pipelines and competing priorities
- ✓Strong communicator who builds trust with candidates and operations leaders
- ✓Organized, process-driven, and data-aware
- ✓Thrive in fast-paced, execution-heavy environments
- ✓Care deeply about candidate experience, even at scale
- ✓Bonus: Experience recruiting in technical, manufacturing, or hardware-software environments
