About the Role
We are looking for a Recruiting Operations Lead to join Hadrian, a company building autonomous factories for aerospace and defense manufacturing. This role focuses on optimizing recruiting operations, systems, and data to support high-speed hiring.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own the daily health of the recruiting tech stack, including Ashby and connected tools
- →Serve as the day-to-day Ashby administrator and operator
- →Build and refine workflows in the ATS to improve speed and consistency
- →Create dashboards, reports, and operational insights using Ashby Analytics
- →Maintain clean, accurate, and up to date data in all systems
- →Monitor key recruiting metrics and identify bottlenecks
- →Establish and monitor operational standards and SLAs
- →Train and support recruiters and hiring managers in tool usage
- →Document and maintain clear process guides and best practices
- →Identify opportunities for automation and implement scalable solutions
- →Support compliance requirements including documentation and system hygiene
- →Partner with Finance and People Ops to align headcount planning
Requirements
- ✓4+ years of experience in recruiting operations, HR operations, or talent systems management
- ✓Strong understanding of ATS platforms, ideally Ashby
- ✓Proven strength with recruiting analytics and building dashboards
- ✓High attention to detail and ownership mindset for data quality
- ✓Ability to pull, clean, interpret, and communicate operational data
- ✓Passion for improving systems and processes
- ✓Strong cross-functional partnership skills
- ✓Excellent communication skills
- ✓Comfort in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities
- ✓Curiosity, initiative, and responsibility for keeping the recruiting engine running
