About the Role
We are looking for a Product Manager to join Halter, a company revolutionizing cattle farming through integrated hardware, firmware, software, and machine learning. This role involves owning key product domains and helping build products that fundamentally change how cattle farming operates globally.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own your product domain end-to-end, from discovery through delivery, iteration, and scale
- →Lead continuous discovery and delivery as part of a product trio with engineering and design
- →Spend time with customers and internal experts to deeply understand needs and pain points
- →Make high-quality product decisions and shape product strategy
- →Be a product advocate and storyteller, communicating the value of what you're building
- →Leverage AI and automation to increase productivity and velocity
Requirements
- ✓Proven impact as a Product Manager with experience shipping meaningful products
- ✓Comfortable with ambiguity and complexity, able to navigate uncertainty
- ✓Highly curious and eager to learn, motivated to become an expert in your domain
- ✓Strong prioritization and focus skills, able to make hard calls about what not to do
- ✓Experience leveraging AI and automation effectively
- ✓Clear and compelling communicator, able to articulate problems and decisions
- ✓Collaborative partner who works well with engineers, designers, and stakeholders
- ✓Resilient and hands-on, not afraid to get uncomfortable to get results
- ✓Great product taste, caring about simplicity, usability, and elegance
