About the Role
We are looking for a Product Manager to join Halter, a company revolutionizing cattle farming with solar-powered smart collars and a digital software platform. This role focuses on implementing the system on farms, training animals and users, and ensuring a successful long-term relationship with customers.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own the productisation of launch, end-to-end, understanding the current process and working with teams to discover and deliver improvements.
- →Lead continuous discovery and delivery, making launch and onboarding better every day through learnings and technical progress.
- →Spend time with customers and internal experts to gather insights and feedback to inform problems and opportunities.
- →Make high-quality product decisions, setting clear priorities and focusing on impactful work.
- →Shape product strategy by identifying a north star for launching customers and influencing Halter’s product strategy.
- →Be a product advocate and storyteller, communicating the "why" behind what we’re building to stakeholders.
- →Leverage AI and automation to increase productivity and velocity.
Requirements
- ✓An experienced Product Manager with proven impact and a track record of shipping products that matter.
- ✓Comfortable with ambiguity and complexity, able to navigate uncertainty and iterate toward better solutions.
- ✓Highly curious and eager to learn, motivated by understanding how things really work.
- ✓Strong at prioritisation and focus, able to cut through noise and make hard calls about what not to do.
- ✓Comfortable leveraging AI and automation, with knowledge of relevant AI tooling.
- ✓A clear and compelling communicator, able to articulate problems, decisions, and trade-offs to a wide range of audiences.
- ✓A collaborative partner, working well with engineers, designers, and cross-functional stakeholders.
- ✓Resilient and hands-on, not afraid to get uncomfortable and adapt quickly when things go wrong.
