About the Role
We are looking for an Enterprise Customer Success Manager to join Handshake, the career network for the AI economy. This role involves partnering with enterprise employer partners to ensure they achieve their hiring goals and drive adoption across recruiting teams.
Key Responsibilities
- →Develop relationships with senior stakeholders of customers and understand their business goals
- →Provide expert consultation and training to employer partners on early talent and Handshake best practices
- →Establish strong relationships with external stakeholders and translate business needs into Handshake solutions
- →Leverage data to inform decision-making and refine early talent recruiting strategies
- →Work closely with cross-functional partners including Sales, Success, Account Management, Support, Education/University partnerships team, Marketing, Insights, Product, User Research, Enablement, RevOps, etc.
Requirements
- ✓Proven track record of quickly building relationships and trust
- ✓Ability to pivot from strategic to tactical thinking
- ✓Strong project management skills
- ✓Experience facilitating meetings and delivering product training with external customers
- ✓Collaborative spirit and technical aptitude
- ✓Ability to provide process improvement solutions to create team efficiencies
