About the Role
We are looking for a Program Manager to join Harmattan AI, a next-generation defense prime building autonomous and scalable defense systems. This role will be the operational backbone of program execution for Europe and Middle-East customers, serving as the primary interface with defense clients.
Key Responsibilities
- →Act as the single point of contact for the customer throughout program execution
- →Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure on-time, on-spec delivery of complex systems
- →Guarantee that all deliverables meet contractual, technical, and operational requirements
- →Anticipate risks and lead rapid resolution of issues as they arise
- →Ensure billing is activated at contractual milestones
- →Track and resolve program-level blockers
- →Ensure centralized product policies are compatible with program-specific constraints
- →Identify missing enablers and escalate internally to unblock delivery
Requirements
- ✓10+ years of experience in program or project management within the defense sector
- ✓Significant experience as a Program Manager, including leading product development and high volumes deliveries
- ✓Proven track record managing complex deliveries with direct client interface
- ✓Strong knowledge of defense acquisition processes and compliance documentation
- ✓Ability to manage programs in cutting-edge environments
- ✓Proficiency in managing a complete business plan
- ✓Detail-oriented with excellent documentation and organizational skills
- ✓Strong communication and leadership skills
