About the Role
We are looking for a Project Manager to join Harmattan AI, a next-generation defense prime building autonomous and scalable defense systems. This role will be the core driver of product development from pilot phase through to industrialization and mass production.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure on-time, on-spec delivery of complex, series-produced drone systems
- →Drive the drone product development process from engineering pilot to full industrialization
- →Guarantee that all deliverables meet established technical and operational requirements
- →Proactively track and resolve program-level blockers, both technical and administrative
- →Identify missing project enablers and escalate internally to unblock delivery
Requirements
- ✓Mandatory experience in the drone industry
- ✓5+ years of experience in project management within a technology or manufacturing sector
- ✓Expertise in managing large-scale, series projects and complex deliveries
- ✓Exclusive focus on project management in your career history
- ✓Proven track record of coordinating technical teams to achieve production milestones
- ✓Ability to manage programs in cutting-edge/disruptive environments
- ✓Detail-oriented with excellent documentation and organizational skills
- ✓Strong communication and leadership skills
