About the Role
We are looking for an Enterprise Sales Representative to join our team at Harness. This role focuses on driving and closing enterprise deals, managing the full sales cycle from prospect to close, and collaborating with other teams including sales engineering and sales development.
Key Responsibilities
- →Exceeding sales targets by winning new enterprise logos
- →Forecasting correctly and communicating clearly with the team
- →Using data-driven approaches with tools like Salesforce to track progress

- →Collaborating with sales engineering and sales development teams
Requirements
- ✓Proven track record of driving and closing enterprise deals, preferably in application security
- ✓Strong account planning and execution skills
- ✓Ability to sell to C-Level executives and across both IT and business units
- ✓Consistent overachievement of quota and revenue goals with a strong W2 track record
- ✓Understanding of sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC
- ✓Consultative sales solution skills, including articulating a clear return on investment value statement
- ✓Ability to maintain productivity and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- ✓Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
