About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Sales Engineer to join our team at Harness, a company building the industry’s leading AI-powered software delivery platform. This role focuses on bridging the gap between sales and engineering, ensuring customer success and driving technical engagements.
Key Responsibilities
- →Deliver world-class presentations and demos of our platform
- →Work directly with customers to debug common errors
- →Tie business problems to technical solutions
- →Understand and articulate technology value propositions
- →Drive complex technical engagements to prove the value of Harness solutions
- →Represent the product to customers and at field events
- →Remain knowledgeable and up-to-date on changes and developments in our technologies
- →Respond to functional and technical elements of RFIs/RFPs
- →Convey customer requirements to Engineering teams
- →Travel throughout a sales territory with minimal restrictions
Requirements
- ✓Strong cloud knowledge and experience with infrastructure automation such as Terraform
- ✓Prior background as a developer or experience working with developers in a DevOps role
- ✓Ability to deliver a great product demonstration that tells a story of how our software provides value to customers
- ✓Ability to articulate technology and product positioning at executive, business, and technical levels
- ✓Strong presentation skills
- ✓Ability to understand and articulate technology value propositions
- ✓Drive complex technical engagements with customers
