About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead Harness Code Repository, a core pillar of the end-to-end Harness software delivery platform. You will own strategy and execution across source control, pull requests, governance, and AI-assisted developer workflows, integrating code into the broader software delivery lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own product strategy and multi-quarter roadmap for Harness Code Repository
- →Deepen and scale integration across the Harness software delivery platform
- →Define success metrics and outcomes and drive decisions using telemetry and customer feedback
- →Define and deliver AI-assisted workflows that improve developer productivity and code quality
- →Partner with customers to understand their code creation, review, and shipping processes
- →Drive competitive intelligence across source control and adjacent developer workflow tooling
- →Write and manage technical requirements/specs; partner with engineering on feasibility
- →Drive execution with urgency, anticipate risks, and unblock dependencies
- →Collaborate cross-functionally with GTM, PMM, and DevRel to drive adoption
Requirements
- ✓BSc in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- ✓7+ years total experience, including 2+ years in software development and 5+ years in product management
- ✓Proven track record shipping complex products with measurable adoption and impact
- ✓Familiarity with GitHub/GitLab/Bitbucket ecosystems and CI/quality integrations
- ✓Enterprise SaaS governance experience and/or AI-assisted developer workflows is a plus
