About the Role
The Business Analyst - RPA plays a critical role in connecting technical teams, process excellence, and business stakeholders to create automated solutions that deliver measurable business value. This position is essential for analyzing complex business processes and facilitating the implementation of new RPA solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- →Partner with Business Process Owners and Process Excellence Team members to develop a deep understanding of processes targeted for automation
- →Engage with cross-functional teams to develop business requirements documentation
- →Work with RPA and Technical Team members to facilitate planning and execution of automation projects
- →Perform value analysis (ROI) for processes with Business Units
- →Coordinate with business and RPA team to identify solutions for production issues and enhancements
- →Identify scope, benefits, constraints, and risks for RPA automation initiatives
- →Facilitate sessions with stakeholders to drive out requirements
- →Deliver key business analysis artifacts for medium and large projects
- →Document and diagram the existing environment and data-flows
- →Gather non-functional requirements such as security, capacity performance, and availability
- →Act as a liaison between business and technical resources
- →Recommend process map designs using cross-functional flowcharts
- →Define configuration specifications and business analysis requirements
- →Conduct process diagnostics and opportunity identification
- →Help design, document, and maintain system processes
Requirements
- ✓Strong understanding of Robotics Process Automation (RPA) technology
- ✓Experience in analyzing and documenting complex business processes
- ✓Ability to facilitate discovery sessions across multiple teams and business units
- ✓Knowledge of process re-engineering and automation opportunities
- ✓Experience with business requirements documentation (BRD, user stories, disaggregation sheets)
- ✓Understanding of ROI analysis and business case development
- ✓Familiarity with Agile methodologies
- ✓Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
