About the Role
A research lab studying suicide in the Department of Psychology at Harvard University is seeking a Full-Stack Machine Learning Engineer to support the end-to-end management, analysis, and visualization of behavioral and clinical data streams. This role involves working on scalable data pipelines and deploying analytic tools that generate actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities
- →Work with the research team to design, develop, and implement ML models
- →Support infrastructure for cleaning, processing, analyzing, and visualizing various data types
- →Evaluate model performance, perform error analysis, and implement improvements
- →Conduct higher-level analysis and supervise analyses performed by other lab members
- →Integrate data across workflows including digital phenotyping, behavioral, and clinical data
- →Develop and support a secure, scalable dashboard or clinical app for real-time data visualization
- →Deploy modular, reusable visualization components and maintain version-controlled code repositories
- →Work with university and hospital IT teams to ensure interoperability and clinical relevance
- →Assist with preparation of grant applications, presentations, and publications
Requirements
- ✓Strong programming skills and technical expertise in machine learning

- ✓Experience with handling multimodal data from various sources
