Key Responsibilities
- →Lead complex research programs and own research strategy for product areas
- →Design and execute qualitative, quantitative, and mixed-methods research
- →Partner with Product Managers and Designers to frame problems and influence roadmaps
- →Produce clear synthesis and storytelling
- →Mentor mid-level and senior researchers
- →Operate as a trusted partner for ambiguous or high-stakes problem spaces
Requirements
- ✓8-10+ years of user research experience with digital products
- ✓Track record of portfolio-level impact
