At Hatch Project Pvt. Ltd., you will: Design and animate Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Meta & LinkedIn videos Edit video content with clean transitions, keyframing, kinetic typography, overlays, and sound sync Work across 9:16 / 1:1 / 16:9 formats, optimising for platform-specific performance Convert static creatives into motion assets, animated posts, and intro/outro sequences Collaborate closely with the social media and content team to deliver scroll-stopping visuals Ideal Profile: 2–3 years of experience in motion/visual design for digital or agency setups Advanced skills in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop & Illustrator Strong understanding of fps, codecs, export presets (H.264), aspect ratios & compression for web A solid showreel/portfolio showcasing reels, motion graphics, and social-first video work Comfortable working with tight timelines, multiple projects, and iterative feedback To Apply: Send your CV and portfolio/showreel to hello@thehatchproject.in Subject: Motion Graphic Designer – [Your Name] – Delhi
