About the Role
Headway is seeking a Senior Product Manager to join their Provider Experience team. This role involves shaping the tools therapists rely on to deliver care, measure progress, and build trusted relationships with patients. The ideal candidate will help reduce administrative burden and create a seamless care journey for patients.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own problem discovery, solution design, and delivery for meaningful provider and patient workflows within the Headway platform.
- →Translate user needs, business goals, and clinical or compliance considerations into clear product strategy, roadmaps, and execution plans.
- →Partner closely with engineering, design, data, clinical operations, and compliance to ship high-quality, high-impact product experiences.
- →Stay deeply connected to providers’ and patients’ day-to-day workflows through research, feedback, and data — and use those insights to inform priorities and tradeoffs.
- →Define success metrics, monitor performance, and iterate continuously to improve usability, engagement, reliability, and outcomes.
- →Communicate clearly and consistently with cross-functional partners and leadership, aligning stakeholders around goals, progress, and decisions.
- →Advocate for simple, intuitive experiences that balance usability, operational realities, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- ✓5+ years of product management experience, building and shipping user-centric products with complex workflows.
- ✓Comfortable operating end-to-end — from discovery and strategy through execution and iteration.
- ✓Data-informed and know how to use qualitative and quantitative insights together to drive decisions.
- ✓Strong product judgment and UX sensibility, and care deeply about building experiences users trust and enjoy.
- ✓Thrive in ambiguous, fast-paced environments and can bring clarity and momentum to your work.
- ✓Strong cross-functional partner who communicates clearly, builds alignment, and drives progress without formal authority.
