About the Role
We are looking for a Frontend Developer to join Heidi Health and build responsive, accessible user interfaces for our multi-locale healthcare platform. You'll work closely with our designer implementing pixel-perfect components while growing your skills in internationalisation, Sanity CMS Studio customisations, and modern frontend architecture.
Key Responsibilities
- →Build and maintain simple, responsive UI components using React and TypeScript
- →Leverage AI coding tools to accelerate development, write unit tests, and troubleshoot errors
- →Implement responsive designs from Figma using Tailwind CSS
- →Assist with content configuration in internationalisation systems for our 10+ locales
- →Support the configuration of Sanity CMS Studio
- →Help optimise website performance with image optimisation and lazy loading
- →Implement analytics tracking code (GA4) and apply technical SEO best practices
- →Participate in API integration discussions and assist with data fetching tasks
- →Write clean, well-commented code and participate in team code reviews
Requirements
- ✓2+ years of professional or advanced project-based frontend development experience
- ✓Foundational knowledge of React and modern JavaScript (ES6+)
- ✓Familiarity with server-side rendering concepts and frameworks (Next.js preferred)
- ✓Comfortable using AI tools to explain code logic, refactor functions, and speed up development
- ✓Experience with CSS frameworks (Tailwind CSS, CSS Modules, or similar)
- ✓Basic understanding of responsive design principles and browser debugging tools
- ✓Experience with Git workflows and collaborative development
- ✓Eagerness to learn and strong communication skills
