About the Role

We are looking for a Technical Recruiter to join Heidi, an AI Care Partner that supports clinicians and aims to double healthcare’s capacity while keeping care deeply human. This role involves scaling Product and Engineering teams across the UK and EMEA.

Key Responsibilities

→Own technical hiring end-to-end, from role scoping to offer and close
→Partner with hiring managers to lead early-stage interviews and conduct technical screening calls
→Optimize the interview process to identify high-calibre technical talent
→Support hiring managers in designing meaningful role-related tasks and challenges
→Activate headhunt mode for niche technical roles
→Benchmark elite technical talent and help hiring managers calibrate consistently
→Support the Head of People in implementing and evolving talent tools and processes
→Network and build relationships across the tech ecosystem
→Elevate our employer brand in creative ways

Requirements

✓Proven track record in internal Talent Acquisition, ideally within high-growth tech startups
✓Experience managing the hiring process end to end
✓Super-connector with a passion for building relationships
✓Knowledge around hiring technical roles
✓Comfortable with headhunting tactics and cold outreach
✓Pace and urgency in work, execution-focused
✓Eye for identifying high-calibre talent and passion for building a high-performance culture
✓Self-starter, highly motivated, and driven by hitting numbers
✓Ability to work autonomously with high levels of accountability
