About the Role

We are looking for an Ingredient Development Specialist to join HelloFresh. This role focuses on developing new ingredients with impact across international markets, including sensory evaluation. You will partner with Procurement and local Ingredient teams to propose the best international ingredient solutions.

Key Responsibilities

→Develop and execute strategies for new ingredient launches and quality improvements
→Drive portfolio optimization to enhance variety and improve efficiency
→Lead the product workstream in international tenders, applying ingredient/product and sensory expertise
→Lead the sensory evaluation for international tenders, presenting actionable recommendations
→Contribute as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Sensory within HelloFresh

Requirements

✓Bachelor in Food science/Product Development or Sensory Research/Project management
✓Min 2 years of strong/proven experience in project management or management consulting
✓Strong analytical, prioritizing, interpersonal, problem-solving, project management & planning skills
✓An organized and clear communicator with experience in managing multiple stakeholders
✓At home in a data-driven environment
✓A proven innovator with a track record of turning ideas into reality
✓A track record of driving change in a complex organizational environment
✓Passionate about food or relevant experience in quality assurance of ingredients / raw materials
