About the Role
HelloFresh is seeking a Growth Marketing Coordinator to support sales initiatives across Canada. This hands-on role involves driving customer acquisition, managing agency relationships, and ensuring field marketing campaigns run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- →Contribute to customer acquisition goals through outside sales, in-person activations, and event marketing
- →Oversee a network of 150+ brand ambassadors across major Canadian markets
- →Support vendor and agency partnerships to optimize campaign execution
- →Use AI tools to automate tasks and streamline campaign operations
- →Assist with hands-on campaign execution as needed
- →Manage operational tasks including voucher creation, invoicing, and cost tracking
- →Track, analyze, and present campaign performance insights
- →Stay current on industry trends and competitor activity
Requirements
- ✓1-2 years of marketing experience or a recently completed degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- ✓Experience in field sales or event management is a strong asset
- ✓Ownership mindset with initiative and accountability
- ✓Strong analytical skills with comfort in acquisition marketing metrics
- ✓Exceptional project management skills
- ✓Strong presentation and communication skills
