About the Role
We are looking for a Growth Strategy Data Analyst Intern to join HelloFresh's Analytics & Performance team in France. This role involves working closely with the Growth Marketing team to drive the company's growth through data analysis and insights.
Key Responsibilities
- →Conduct deep-dive analyses on key growth topics such as customer acquisition, retention, pricing strategy, discount optimization, and marketing channel performance
- →Identify opportunities to improve conversion, marketing efficiency, and customer lifetime value
- →Translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations for business stakeholders
- →Work closely with Growth Marketing managers and team leads to support strategic decisions
- →Contribute to the design, monitoring, and analysis of A/B tests and growth experiments
- →Define and track key business KPIs
- →Build and maintain dashboards that enable the marketing team to make data-driven decisions
Requirements
- ✓Strong analytical thinking and ability to structure complex business problems
- ✓Advanced proficiency in SQL, Excel / Google Sheets, and data analysis
- ✓Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau is a plus)
- ✓Ability to translate data into clear and actionable business insights
- ✓Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- ✓Gap-year or final-year student from a top engineering or business school
- ✓Previous experience in data, consulting, strategy, or analytics
- ✓Fluent in French and English
