The Role (Whatβs in the Box)
Our ambitious team in Copenhagen is looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager. Working in the Brand Team, you will own end-to-end product marketing strategy from influencing product development to shaping customer messaging, campaigns and lifecycle journeys, ensuring our products are at the heart of our storytelling and our communications excites active customers, inspire lapsed customers to return and intrigues prospective customers to convert.
In this role, you will be the primary lead for aligning with various Global and local stakeholders, ensuring our Nordic product marketing strategy is both autonomous and integrated with our global vision and product strategy. You will be based in our Nordic Head Office located on Islands Brygge and report to the Associate Director of Brand. This is a highly cross-functional role that will require you to operate with a deep understanding of both the commercial side as well as the operational side of our business. What Youβll Do (The Recipe)
Strategic Planning & Product Alignment
β’ Lead end-end product marketing: Serve as the definitive team point of contact for the physical product, acting as the strategic counterpart to the Local Product team to shape the future product roadmap.
β’ Upstream Influence: Drive early-stage involvement in product investment discussions, ensuring consumer insights and commercial impact are considered in Go-To-Market prioritization
Execution of High-Impact Campaigns
β’ Campaign Leadership: Lead large-scale local product marketing campaigns for major launches, seasonal capsules, and strategic partnerships, focusing on high-impact storytelling, clear product proof points and consumer excitement
β’ GTM Strategy and Localization: Build on and adapt global toolkits into bespoke local GTM (go-to-market) strategies, ensuring messaging resonates with the Nordic consumer while maintaining global brand integrity.
β’ Product-as-Hero Messaging: Develop compelling value propositions and messaging frameworks in collaboration with our local communications team that position the physical product as the hero across all acquisition and retention channels.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Stakeholder Orchestration
β’ Integrated Execution: Orchestrate synchronization across Physical Product, Brand Management, Growth Marketing to ensure seamless, 360-degree campaign delivery.
β’ Central<>Local Bridge: Synthesize international product roadmaps into local wins, maintaining constant alignment with global product marketing stakeholders.
Insights & Measurement
β’ Closed-Loop Evaluation: Own the performance evaluation of PMM campaigns - delivering standardized post-launch reports to key stakeholders.
β’ Continuous Improvement: Feed actionable insights and customer learnings back to Local Product, Global Product Marketing, and Brand Management to refine future product-marketing planning.
What Youβll Bring (Your Ingredients)
β’ 5+ years in Product Marketing, Lifecycle, or Brand roles in eCommerce, consumer tech, or FMCG.
β’ Strong understanding of the full marketing mix and channels as well as experience in working closely with creative teams and agencies
β’ Proven experience developing campaign and lifecycle strategies that drive reactivation, growth or retention.
β’ Demonstrated ability to influence product roadmaps and partner closely with tech and product teams.
β’ Deep understanding of customer segmentation, brand research, and behavioral data.
β’ Exceptional project management skills; able to juggle complex initiatives across multiple markets (experience with agile project management tools like Jira is a plus.)
β’ Collaborative mindset with strong stakeholder influence at strategic and operational levels.
β’ Analytical and experimentation-driven; confident using data to inform direction and measure success.
β’ Proven track record of owning a business area and aligning with senior global and local stakeholders to set long-term strategy.
β’ Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative working style and the ability to manage multiple high-profile deliverables in a fast-paced environment.
β’ Excellent written and verbal English communication skills and fluency in at least one of the Nordic languages (Danish, Swedish, or Norwegian).
