About the Role

We are looking for a Product Analyst with deep expertise in web and app analytics to help drive data-informed product and growth decisions. You will join our analytics and reporting team working globally between our Berlin and New York City offices.

Key Responsibilities

→Partner with Product, Marketing, and Growth teams to define KPI trees and track product performance
→Build sophisticated analytics solutions using Google Analytics 4, Snowplow, and BigQuery
→Design, implement, and analyze A/B tests to measure product feature impact
→Analyze user journeys, conversion funnels, and retention cohorts
→Work with marketing teams to analyze customer lifecycle data
→Leverage AI and automation tools to increase efficiency in data analysis
→Develop automated reporting and dashboards for self-service analytics
→Communicate complex data concepts to stakeholders
→Mentor junior analysts and promote analytics best practices

Requirements

✓BS or equivalent in a quantitative field
✓7–8+ years analyzing complex business data, including 4–5+ years in product/web/app analytics
✓Expert-level product analytics experience with GA4/Snowplow
✓Advanced BigQuery skills and complex SQL
✓Strong Python for analytics and automation
✓Proficiency in data visualization tools like Tableau and Looker
✓Solid grounding in descriptive and inferential statistics
✓Proven ability to work autonomously and leverage AI tools
