About the Role
Our client in the Information Technology and Services industry is looking for a Network Component Product Owner to own a defined component area within a pod environment.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own a defined network or security component area within the pod environment.
- →Refine epics into user stories with clear acceptance criteria and measurable tests.
- →Translate risk, controls, and design artefacts into structured backlog items.
- →Define and maintain Definition of Ready and Definition of Done standards.
- →Orchestrate and support User Acceptance Testing activities.
- →Maintain cross tower dependency maps across networks, identity, endpoint, SOC, and service management functions.
- →Negotiate sequencing and prioritisation to keep delivery flow unblocked.
- →Co create standard change models and evidence packs with Technical Leads.
- →Ensure Post Implementation Review actions are incorporated into the backlog.
- →Visualise delivery progress and value through burn up metrics and control coverage tracking.
- →Maintain a tight feedback loop with the Key Product Owner.
- →Monitor and improve backlog health, including aging, work in progress, and throughput metrics.
- →Improve first time pass rates against Definition of Done standards.
- →Reduce change lead time and minimise change related incidents.
