About the Role
Our client in the Information Technology and Services industry is looking for a Recruiter to act as a Talent Acquisition Business Partner. This role will drive recruitment delivery and best practice while serving as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor to senior leaders and hiring managers.
Key Responsibilities
- →Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition through to offer and onboarding
- →Partner with hiring managers to gather role requirements and advise on recruitment strategy and process
- →Deliver a positive and seamless candidate experience at every stage of the recruitment journey
- →Conduct market mapping and provide external market insights across multiple capabilities and skill sets
- →Build talent pipelines using proactive sourcing strategies including LinkedIn, job boards, and referrals
- →Screen, shortlist, and recommend suitable applicants
- →Assess candidate competencies, experience, and cultural fit
- →Track and report talent acquisition data to support collaboration and continuous improvement
- →Use Applicant Tracking Systems and Candidate Relationship Management systems accurately to maintain compliance and reporting integrity
- →Promote inclusive hiring practices and support diversity-focused initiatives
- →Coordinate interviews and provide timely and constructive feedback to candidates
- →Collaborate with HR and onboarding teams to ensure smooth transitions for new joiners
- →Lead or contribute to recruitment-related projects and process improvement initiatives
- →Present recruitment analytics and insights to senior stakeholders to inform decision making
