About the Role
Our client in the financial services industry is seeking a Senior Creative Project Manager to lead project workflows and oversee the production of marketing collateral within their Creative and Design Centre of Excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- →Manage the full lifecycle of creative briefs and projects from initial concept through final delivery
- →Allocate projects based on team expertise, availability, and budget
- →Collaborate with marketing stakeholders during ideation and facilitate kick-off meetings
- →Develop and refine brand planning processes, systems, and timelines
- →Produce daily and weekly project status reports
- →Champion brand identity and ensure consistent application across all creative assets
- →Ensure all materials meet regulatory standards with a focus on clarity, fairness, and accuracy
- →Provide guidance on brand, copy, and design to maintain corporate identity consistency
- →Identify and resolve project barriers proactively to maintain delivery momentum
- →Oversee project administration including brief writing, scheduling, resource planning, stakeholder coordination, proofreading, supplier liaison, budget tracking, and invoice processing
- →Act as office lead for the South Africa Creative and Design team
- →Foster a positive and inclusive working environment
- →Serve as a key liaison between South Africa and UK teams
Requirements
- ✓Experience in managing creative projects from concept to delivery
- ✓Strong understanding of brand guidelines and identity
- ✓Ability to develop and refine brand planning processes
- ✓Excellent project management and organizational skills
- ✓Experience with marketing collateral production
- ✓Knowledge of regulatory standards for financial services
- ✓Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
