About the Role
Hevo is seeking a Business Development Representative to join their Inside Sales team. This role is critical to building a strong outbound engine and directly contributing to pipeline and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- →Identify, research, and prioritize high-quality prospects through outbound channels.
- →Own your account list and drive engagement through calls, highly personalized emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
- →Qualify outbound leads and convert them into meaningful sales conversations.
- →Position Hevo as a comprehensive solution for data integration and real-time data pipelines.
- →Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Global Operations, and Solutions Engineering teams to execute aligned go-to-market initiatives.
- →Consistently track, manage, and deliver against defined activity and pipeline metrics.
Requirements
- ✓1–4 years of experience in outbound prospecting for the US market.
- ✓Prior experience as an SDR/BDR in a B2B SaaS environment.
- ✓Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to personalize outreach.
- ✓High ownership mindset with the resilience to operate in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- ✓Hands-on experience executing an outbound-led demand generation playbook.
