About the Role

We are looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer to join our Platform Engineering team at Neon One. This role involves building and maturing the cloud backbone that will power our next generation of products, ensuring reliability and accelerating innovation for non-profits we serve.

Key Responsibilities

→Design and implement resilient cloud architectures using Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
→Build, maintain, and optimize continuous integration and deployment pipelines
→Monitor system health by tracking Service Level Objectives (SLOs)
→Administer cloud hosting accounts and manage access controls
→Support AI infrastructure for machine learning workloads
→Create and maintain high-quality technical documentation
→Collaborate with engineering, product, and security teams

Requirements

✓2–3 years of hands-on experience in DevOps and Cloud Infrastructure in AWS
✓Proven experience architecting and managing solutions in AWS
✓Proficiency with IaC tools, specifically Terraform or CloudFormation
✓Experience building and managing CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions
✓Strong scripting skills for automation
✓Excellent communication skills for a distributed team
