About the Role
We are looking for a Demand Generation Manager to lead the strategy and execution behind programs that drive our sales pipeline at Neon One. This role focuses on building and running a multi-channel demand generation function, directly impacting our growth and mission to help nonprofits grow.
Key Responsibilities
- →Directly build, launch, and optimize campaigns in Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta Ads
- →Manage budgets, bidding strategies, audiences, and experimentation
- →Monitor and optimize CPL, pipeline contribution, and cost per opportunity
- →Develop campaign strategies and briefs that align cross-functional teams
- →Own the execution of multi-channel demand generation campaigns to drive qualified pipeline
- →Manage and optimize performance across existing channels while identifying and expanding into new channels
Requirements
- ✓6+ years of overall experience in marketing, with at least 4 years in a demand generation role
- ✓Preferred experience marketing in the SMB B2B space
- ✓Direct experience building, launching, and optimizing campaigns in Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta Ads
- ✓Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools like Salesforce and Pardot
- ✓Track record of hitting pipeline targets and generating revenue
- ✓Self-motivated; must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with autonomy
- ✓Proven track record of improving funnel performance
- ✓Experience leveraging AI and automation tools to improve campaign efficiency and performance
