About the Role
Neon One is seeking a Web Designer to join their Customer Support and Enablement team, helping nonprofit organizations create beautiful, functional websites on the Neon Websites platform. This role combines website design with project management and client communication.
Key Responsibilities
- →Design, develop, and implement new Duda websites for customers on the Neon Websites platform
- →Manage a portfolio of new clients, serving as their main point of contact from contract signing through site launch
- →Lead project lifecycle aspects including information architecture, visual design, content strategy, and implementation
- →Conduct live web-based client meetings including introductory sessions, feedback sessions, and training
- →Create content pages and recommend appropriate widgets within Duda
- →Work with the Neon CRM implementation team to help clients integrate their website and CRM systems
- →Scope out and organize project workloads to meet deadlines
- →Respond to technical support tickets from clients with website needs
Requirements
- ✓2+ years experience implementing websites using a Content Management platform
- ✓Experience working in Website front-end editors
- ✓Experience leading technology projects and familiarity with project management tools
- ✓Proficient in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS
- ✓Strong aesthetic sense with ability to create polished, professional designs
- ✓Ability to establish time estimates and communicate effectively about deadlines
- ✓Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously throughout their lifecycle
