We are looking for a Business Recruiter to help us build world-class teams across our business functions. In this role, you will be responsible for partnering closely with hiring managers to identify, attract, and hire exceptional talent across areas such as Marketing, Finance, Legal, Operations and other corporate functions.
You will play a critical role in shaping the growth of the company by building strong talent pipelines, improving recruiting processes, and delivering an outstanding candidate experience. You should be a proactive partner who understands how to balance speed, quality, and candidate experience in a fast-moving startup environment.
As an important member of the team, you will work closely with leadership, hiring managers, and cross-functional partners to understand hiring needs and translate them into thoughtful and effective recruiting strategies.
In this role, your responsibilities would include:
- Owning the full-cycle recruiting process for business roles, from role intake and sourcing through offer negotiation and closing.
- Partnering closely with hiring managers to define role requirements, hiring strategies, and interview processes.
- Leveraging AI tools and emerging technologies to improve sourcing, streamline recruiting workflows, and help the team operate more efficiently.
- Proactively sourcing and engaging high-quality candidates through a variety of channels, including direct outreach, referrals, and recruiting platforms.
- Building and maintaining strong talent pipelines for critical roles across Marketing, Finance, Legal, Compliance, Operations, and other business teams.
- Managing the interview process to ensure a structured, efficient, and positive experience for candidates and interviewers.
- Acting as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, providing guidance on market insights, candidate profiles, and hiring best practices.
- Collaborating with recruitment and hiring teams to continuously improve recruiting processes, tools, and candidate experience.
- Supporting employer branding initiatives and helping communicate the companyβs mission, culture, and value proposition to prospective candidates.
- Tracking recruiting metrics and using data to improve sourcing strategies, pipeline health, and hiring outcomes.
- Contributing to the development of scalable recruiting practices as the company continues to grow.
Required Experience
- 3β6+ years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or executive search, with a focus on business or go-to-market roles.
- Bringing an AI-enabled mindset, continuously exploring new tools and workflows that allow small teams to operate faster, smarter, and more efficiently.
- Demonstrated experience managing full-cycle recruiting processes and partnering closely with hiring managers.
- Strong sourcing skills and experience in identifying and engaging passive candidates.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with both candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail throughout the recruiting process.
- Experience working with applicant tracking systems (Ashby, Greenhouse,etc.) and recruiting tools, such as AI sourcing tools (Juicebox, Wrangle.io, etc.)
Preferred Experience
- Experience recruiting for fintech or financial services teams
- Experience recruiting in a startup or high-growth technology company.
- Familiarity with private markets, fintech, or financial services.
- Experience improving recruiting processes and building scalable hiring practices.
