THE ROLE
This is a strategy-first role for someone who has owned paid media at scale, not one channel, but the full 360 degree ecosystem. You have run significant budget simultaneously across Meta, Google, TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest, and emerging channels. You don't just execute; you architect the strategy that determines how and where capital flows.
Your responsibilities sit at the intersection of building and doing. Internally, you design and develop the performance marketing solutions that power how Hilbert operates across paid channels. Externally, you work directly alongside customers, diagnosing their paid media challenges, developing bespoke growth strategies, and turning Hilbert's predictive outputs into concrete, accountable action across every major paid channel.
Core Responsibilities
- Design and build Hilbert's internal performance marketing solutions, including the frameworks, systems, and playbooks that define how the company operates across the full paid channel stack: Meta, Google, TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest, programmatic, and beyond
- Set the paid media strategy for customer accounts: translating Hilbert's predictive outputs into concrete channel decisions, budget allocation, and growth interventions across acquisition, retention, and monetization
- Work directly with customers to diagnose their paid media challenges, develop bespoke strategies, and own the outcomes alongside them, from cohort analysis to LTV intervention to cross-channel reallocation
- Own the integration process for MMPs (AppsFlyer, Adjust, Branch), GA4, and other paid marketing data sources, ensuring clean attribution, consistent event taxonomies, and reliable signal flow into Hilbert's intelligence layer
- Evaluate, onboard, and operationalize measurement and attribution tools across customer accounts, translating complex MMP and analytics configurations into a coherent, actionable data foundation
WHO THRIVES IN THIS ROLE
This is for people who have owned paid media strategy at the executive level and changed outcomes that matter. You don't specialize in one channel, you think across the entire paid ecosystem and you have managed meaningful budget to prove it. What matters is not when you arrived or which company you came from. What matters is that something moved because of decisions you made, and you can account for it precisely.
- You have operated at the strategy level, not just executing campaigns but setting the paid media philosophy, owning budget allocation across all channels
- You have deep, hands-on experience running 360 degree paid programs across Meta, Google, TikTok, Snapchat, and other platforms, simultaneously, not sequentially
- You have worked extensively with MMPs (AppsFlyer, Adjust, Branch or similar) and understand attribution modeling, SKAdNetwork limitations, incrementality testing, and how to get clean signal out of a messy measurement environment
- You are fluent in GA4, paid channel native analytics, and how to connect these data sources into a coherent view of performance
- You have owned a growth outcome that was genuinely at risk, not a function that was already working
- You believe in measurability to the maximum: you default to testing and learning, to algorithms over human-defined rules, to letting data surface structure rather than imposing it
- You are comfortable working alongside AI systems and have strong judgment about where human pattern recognition still wins
- Specific matters more than impressive: the best candidates can describe a paid media failure with the same precision as a win
- And most importantly: you believe there are fundamental problems with how the industry has approached growth, and you are ready to rebuild it
