About the Role
We are looking for Software Engineers who are "Product Architects" to join Hilbert, a data science-first growth engine. You will build the interactive face of an AI Agent, owning the end-to-end flow of user interactions with our intelligence.
Key Responsibilities
- →Build and scale the Hilbert AI Portal, the primary interface for customers and internal teams
- →Develop the "Agentic Conversation Engine," handling complex multi-turn interactions between users and ML models
- →Partner with Design Partners and Product Managers to build entirely new software products from scratch
- →Create internal admin panels and tools for AI/ML teams to monitor and tweak models in real-time
- →Ensure all applications are "Enterprise Ready," containerized, configurable, and secure
Requirements
- ✓Engineering Generalist with experience in Typescript, Mongo, ClickHouse, React, Express, and K8s
- ✓Product mindset focused on user experience and seamless AI interactions
- ✓High ownership from napkin sketch to production-ready service
- ✓Ability to build flexible, configurable systems for enterprise requirements
- ✓Experience with AI/ML UX, monorepos, or platform development is a plus
