About the Role
Hilbert is seeking its first dedicated Talent Partner to own the full lifecycle of hiring, onboarding, and retaining talent for a rapidly growing data science-first growth engine. This role requires building foundational people systems for a globally scaling startup.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own full-cycle recruiting across GTM, engineering, data science, and operations for multiple geographies
- →Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and build scorecards
- →Build and run a diverse sourcing engine beyond LinkedIn
- →Design and manage a fast, rigorous, candidate-first hiring process
- →Track and improve hiring metrics
- →Build employer brand presence in key markets
Requirements
- ✓Experience recruiting for high-growth startups (Series A–C preferred)
- ✓Proven ability to build recruiting functions or onboarding programs from scratch
- ✓Hands-on experience with global hiring, including international employment law basics
- ✓Clear, direct communication skills
- ✓Data-informed decision-making abilities
- ✓Resilience and resourcefulness in fast-paced environments
