About the Role
Hims & Hers is looking to hire an exceptional Financial Analyst, Category Management to join our strategic finance organization. This role will report to the Sr. Finance Manager, Category Management and is remote-based. The Financial Analyst will own and be responsible for category P&L management, financial models, revenue forecasts, and supporting strategic finance decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- →Build, maintain, and own revenue and contribution margin forecasts for multiple business lines
- →Act as a trusted advisor to category directors on cross-functional teams
- →Own customer lifetime value models and be the subject matter expert of unit economics
- →Construct frameworks to evaluate competing initiatives
- →Build Excel/Google Sheet models to solve business problems
- →Partner with cross-functional teams to set and optimize pricing
- →Define KPIs, develop scorecards, and automate reporting
- →Perform ad-hoc projects, financial analyses, and presentations
- →Participate in preparation and review of budgets
Requirements
- ✓B.S. in Finance or Accounting, or equivalent experience
- ✓2+ years of experience in analytical financial roles
- ✓Ability to manipulate large datasets
- ✓Prior SQL or Looker experience is a plus
- ✓Strategic thinker who is intellectually curious
- ✓Highly organized and detail-oriented
- ✓Ambitious self-starter who thrives in change
