ABOUT THE ROLE:
Hims and Hers is redefining wellness and healthcare with a fully integrated consumer, clinician, and pharmacy experience designed for the way consumers want to be treated today.
As a Product Lead, you will own the end-to-end consumer experience for a new experience weβre launching in proactive healthcare. This is a 0-to-1 opportunity to define and build a new product from the ground up β shaping how millions of consumers discover, adopt, and engage with a brand-new product area for the company. You will set the vision, build the foundation, and ship the experience that brings this vertical to life.
Β
YOU WILL:
- Own the end-to-end consumer journey β from discovery and education through onboarding, treatment, and ongoing engagement
- Partner with engineering and design to build AI into the core consumer experience.
- Lead projects through the ideation, development, and launch of innovative customer experience features
- Partner with our clinical teams to ensure protocols, safety, and education are core to the product experience
- Help shape short to long-term roadmaps, driving long-term scalability while balancing day-to-day improvements
- Maximize efficiency in a fast-growing company with a constantly evolving environment
Β
YOU HAVE:
- 4+ years of experience in Product Management, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Experience in a consumer-oriented product role; experience in health, wellness, or category-defining 0-to-1 products is a plus
- A strong point of view on where AI can meaningfully reshape the consumer healthcare experience, and you're excited to build it into the core of the product
- Fluency working with AI agents and building AI-native workflows and systems.
- AI-native is your default operating mode. You work with agents the way most PMs work with docs β fluently, constantly, and as a core part of how you get things done.
- A track record of building and shipping products that customers love and drive meaningful business impact
- Strategic and tactical experience designing, building, and executing scalable processes from scratch, ideally in an operations-intensive environment
OUR BENEFITS (THERE ARE MORE BUT HERE ARE SOME HIGHLIGHTS):
- Competitive salary & equity compensation for full-time roles
- Unlimited PTO, company holidays, and quarterly mental health days
- Comprehensive health benefits including medical, dental & vision, and parental leave
- Employee Stock Purchase Program (ESPP)
- 401k benefits with employer matching contribution
- Offsite team retreats
We are committed to building a workforce that reflects diverse perspectives and prioritizes ethics, wellness, and a strong sense of belonging. If you're excited about this role, we encourage you to applyβeven if you're not sure if your background or experience is a perfect match.
