We are hiring an AI Social Media Specialist to focus on content creation, experimentation, and optimization using AI-driven tools. This role is ideal for a hands-on social media professional who enjoys testing formats, refining prompts, and improving performance through continuous iteration.
Key Responsibilities
- →Create high-quality social content using AI tools, templates, and prompts
- →Customize AI-generated content for different platforms and audiences
- →Test content variations and formats to improve engagement and reach
- →Analyze post-level performance and recommend optimizations

- →Maintain consistency in brand voice across AI-assisted outputs
Requirements
- ✓Demonstrated experience creating social media content for brands or businesses
- ✓Strong hands-on experience using AI tools for content generation and editing
- ✓Prior experience working remotely is mandatory, including fluency with remote collaboration tools such as Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana (or similar), and experience working with US or UK-based companies; applications without this experience will not be considered
- ✓Solid understanding of platform-specific content best practices
- ✓Ability to work independently and manage multiple content tasks
