About the Role
We are looking for an Enterprise Account Manager to join our team. This role focuses on building and maintaining relationships with high-value clients.
Key Responsibilities
- →Serve as the primary point of contact for enterprise-level client accounts
- →Manage and grow long-term client relationships with a focus on retention and expansion
- →Lead virtual client meetings, reviews, and presentations with senior stakeholders
- →Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts
- →Act as a trusted advisor by understanding client goals, challenges, and success metrics
- →Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction
- →Maintain accurate account documentation, forecasts, and reporting in CRM systems
Requirements
- ✓Proven experience as an Account Manager handling enterprise or high-value client accounts
- ✓Demonstrated success managing long-term, client-facing relationships at a senior level
- ✓Prior remote work experience is non-negotiable, including fluency with remote collaboration tools
- ✓Exceptional verbal communication skills with a confident, professional on-camera presence
- ✓Ability to engage, influence, and build trust with senior and executive-level stakeholders
- ✓Highly self-motivated, reliable, and capable of working independently in a remote environment
