About the Role
We are looking for a Growth Marketing Associate with strong technical skills to support GTM execution across inbound, outbound, and content-driven channels.
Key Responsibilities
- →Build and run inbound growth campaigns across SEO, content, and social
- →Support outbound lead generation via email sequences and LinkedIn outreach
- →Use Python and SQL to analyze leads, campaigns, and conversion performance
- →Test new GTM experiments and iterate quickly based on results
- →Monitor performance metrics and optimize for qualified lead generation
- →Collaborate with Sales and Marketing on messaging and targeting
Requirements
- ✓1–4 years of experience in growth, marketing, or lead generation roles
- ✓Working knowledge of Python and SQL for data analysis or automation
- ✓Experience with inbound or outbound marketing execution
- ✓Prior remote work experience, strong comfort with remote collaboration tools (Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana, or similar), and experience working with US or UK-based companies — required and non-negotiable
- ✓Highly execution-oriented with a willingness to test and learn
