About the Role
We are seeking a motivated Junior Account Executive to support revenue growth by managing inbound leads, assisting with outbound prospecting, and helping convert qualified opportunities into customers. This role is ideal for an early-career sales professional looking to build a strong foundation in SaaS sales within a structured, supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
- →Qualify inbound leads and conduct initial discovery calls to understand customer needs
- →Support outbound prospecting efforts via email, LinkedIn, and phone
- →Assist with product demos and follow-up communications
- →Maintain accurate pipeline data and activity tracking in the CRM
- →Collaborate with Marketing, Sales Development, and Customer Success teams
- →Learn and consistently apply the company’s sales methodology and processes
Requirements
- ✓Experience in a sales, customer-facing, or revenue-support role
- ✓Prior experience working remotely is mandatory, including fluency with remote collaboration tools such as Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana (or similar), and experience working with US or UK-based companies; applications without this experience will not be considered
- ✓Strong written and verbal communication skills
- ✓Coachable mindset with a desire to learn SaaS sales fundamentals
- ✓Ability to manage time effectively in a remote environment
