About the Role

We’re looking for a Junior Graphic Designer to join a growing photography-focused startup. This hands-on role is ideal for someone early in their career who enjoys wearing multiple hats and wants to grow alongside a creative business.

Key Responsibilities

→Create engaging graphic designs for social media, marketing campaigns, presentations, and digital assets
→Support visual content needs for photography-related projects and promotions
→Assist with influencer outreach, including researching creators, sending outreach messages, and tracking responses
→Maintain basic outreach and contact lists, follow-ups, and status updates
→Handle ad hoc virtual assistant and administrative tasks as needed
→Support basic sales or partnership activities
→Help keep digital files, assets, and workflows organized
→Collaborate with the founder and team to support day-to-day business needs

Requirements

✓Experience in graphic design or visual content creation
✓Proficiency with design tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar
✓Strong organizational and administrative skills
✓Comfortable handling multiple small tasks in a fast-moving startup environment
✓Clear written communication skills
✓Prior remote work experience with US- or UK-based companies is required
✓Fluency in remote collaboration tools such as Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana, or similar
