About the Role
We’re seeking a Business Development Representative to drive pipeline growth through a hybrid of high-volume outbound prospecting and inbound lead qualification. This hands-on, quota-carrying role requires comfort with outbound calling at scale and full ownership of the BDR motion.
Key Responsibilities
- →Execute high-volume outbound outreach via cold calls, email, and social channels
- →Qualify inbound leads and convert interest into sales-ready opportunities
- →Lead discovery conversations to assess prospect needs, pain points, and fit
- →Generate and schedule qualified meetings and product demos for Sales
- →Maintain accurate CRM records for activities, leads, and outcomes
- →Follow established sales processes, messaging, and qualification frameworks
- →Consistently meet or exceed activity, pipeline, and meeting targets
Requirements
- ✓3+ years of experience in BDR, SDR, or sales development roles (B2B, B2C, or both)
- ✓Proven comfort with high-volume outbound calling and multi-channel prospecting
- ✓Prior remote work experience, fluency with remote collaboration tools (Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana, or similar), and experience working with US or UK-based companies
- ✓Hands-on experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar
- ✓Strong communication skills, resilience, and a results-driven mindset
