About the Role
We are looking for a Software Engineering Technical Lead to guide critical technical initiatives from idea to production, shaping the future of human interaction software used by enterprise customers worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead the design and development of key HireVue platform capabilities
- →Architect scalable, resilient solutions for enterprise-level chatbot and communication systems
- →Write high-quality, production-ready code and contribute across the codebase
- →Own complex system and integration challenges and drive them to resolution
- →Continuously evaluate technical decisions through ROI and long-term sustainability
- →Identify and prioritize technical debt reduction opportunities
- →Ensure strong automated testing practices across the test pyramid
- →Share knowledge through documentation, mentorship, and technical presentations
- →Partner with Product and UX to design solutions that deliver business value and exceptional user experiences
- →Guide and mentor engineers, delegating effectively and enabling team success
