About the Role

We are looking for a Bridge Software Engineer (BrSE) to join Hitachi Digital Services Japan, the country office of HDS. This role will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless communication between Japanese clients and the development team, contributing to the company's global delivery structure.

Key Responsibilities

• →Manage requirements: Gather and clarify client requirements, track updates, and ensure the team has clear, accessible documentation.
• →Facilitate Meetings: Organize and lead client–team meetings, align on key points, and share meeting summaries.
• →Quality Assurance: Review deliverables to ensure they meet the client’s requirements and standards, conduct verification and provide feedback to the development team.
• →Internal Communication and Support: Provide real-time clarifications, stay aligned through team meetings, bridge cultural differences or communication gaps to strengthen client collaboration.
