About the Role
We are looking for a Marketing Operations Lead to join Hitachi's Global Marketing and Sales team. This role focuses on driving operational excellence, enabling scale, and shaping the future of our marketing organization.
Key Responsibilities
- →Drive and support annual marketing planning, budgeting, and operational road mapping
- →Manage the day-to-day flow of marketing communications projects
- →Build, refine, and own marketing workflows across campaign planning, execution, measurement, and reporting
- →Establish and manage the entire marketing tech ecosystem
- →Build dashboards, attribution models, and performance tracking to power decision-making
Requirements
- ✓Exceptional communication, project management, and stakeholder alignment skills
- ✓The ability to translate business needs into operational and technical requirements
- ✓10+ years’ experience in marketing operations with team leadership responsibilities
- ✓Deep expertise with marketing automation (Marketo, HubSpot, Pardot), CRM systems (Salesforce), and analytics platforms (Looker, Tableau, Power BI)
- ✓Strong understanding of demand generation funnels, attribution, reporting, and pipeline metrics
