About the Role
We are looking for a Mobile Application Developer to join Hitachi Digital Services Japan. This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining mobile applications using Java and Kotlin, while collaborating with offshore engineering teams in Vietnam.
Key Responsibilities
- βDesign, develop, and maintain mobile applications using Java and Kotlin.
- βLead discussions on clean architecture, modularization, and codebase structure.
- βDevelop and maintain design systems.
- βCreate and review technical designs, architecture diagrams, and documentation.
- βCollaborate closely with offshore engineering teams in Vietnam.
- βConduct code reviews and mentor junior developers.
- βEnsure application performance, quality, and maintainability.
- βSupport Cloud and CI/CD environments.
Requirements
- βBachelorβs degree with a major in software development, information technology or related fields.
- βStrong experience in Java and Kotlin for mobile application development.
- βJapanese speaking ability required (JLPT N1 or N2 level).
- βSolid understanding of clean architecture, design patterns, and scalable codebases.
- βExperience working with complex or large-scale mobile applications.
- βStrong communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
